I think the Straw Hat's way is each of their own way. Jimbei just gotta be himself, that's the Straw Hat way. I mean he can learn a lot from each and everyone of them but the overall outview of becoming a Strawhat is being the best version of yourself. If Jimbei becomes the best version of himself that is when he has already mixed in the Strawhat culture
